PRE-LICENSE INFO
Prelicense coursework includes everything you need to know to pass the test the first time, plus the strategies you’ll need – like lead generation – to start your career as soon as you’re licensed.
Here’s what you need to qualify:

18 years of age

Resident of the State of Georgia, unless seeking a non-resident license

High school graduate or equivalent

Complete a 75-hour Salesperson Pre-license course at an approved school

Pass the state real estate examination

Obtain a criminal history report from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI)
