PEACHTREE CITY:

  • First Wednesday - North of Hwy 54, East of Hwy 74 and West of Hwy 92.
  • Second Wednesday - North of Hwy 54 and West of Hwy 74.
  • Third Wednesday - South of Hwy 54 to Crosstown Road.
  • Fourth Wednesday - Everything South of Crosstown Road including Brechin Park, The Chimney's & Millpond Manor (to Georgia Hwy 85).
  • Fifth Wednesday - Open

 

FAYETTEVILLE/ FAYETTE COUNTY:

  • First Wednesday - North of Hwy 54 West and West of Hwy 92 North to Hwy 74.
  • Second Wednesday - North of Hwy 54 East and East of Hwy 92 North.
  • Third Wednesday - South of Hwy 54 West and West of Hwy 85.
  • Fourth Wednesday - South of Hwy 54 East and areas East of Hwy 85. Includes Brooks ad subdivisons near Starr's Mill including The Chimney's, Millpond Manor and Brechin Park.
  • Fifth Wednesday - Open

Add/Edit Listing Tour or Open House

Tours and Open Houses can be entered during the listing entry process (or later, if necessary).  Identify your Open House as a Broker Tour before 2:00 PM on Tuesday to be included on the Open House Schedule sent to Strategic Partners. Continue Reading for Instructions on how to do this in ConnectMLS. Listings from both Coweta and Fayette County are included. 

  1. To add/edit a Tour or Open House to your listing, click on the Listings icon on the navigational menu bar and click on Add/Edit a Tour or Open House

.

 

2. Enter in the MLS number of the property and click Submit.


3. Click the link at the top to Add New Tour/Open House.

 

4. Identify the event as a Broker Tour to be included on the Open House Schedule sent to Strategic Partners. 

5. Click the calendar button to select a date.

6. Use the drop-down lists to set the start and stop times.

7. Next, identify if lunch or refreshments will be served and click Save. 

8. Enter any comments and click Save.
