We are currently accepting nominations for the following awards:

? REALTOR® of the Year
The highest honor bestowed by the Fayette County Board of REALTORS®, this award celebrates a REALTOR® who has demonstrated exceptional commitment, leadership, and dedication to the REALTOR® Association.

? Rookie of the Year
This award is for REALTORS® who have been licensed and assigned to a brokerage between June 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025. It recognizes those who uphold the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, exemplify cooperation, integrity, and goodwill, and have excelled in sales during their early career.

? Affiliate of the Year
This award honors an Affiliate member who has actively participated in Association events, demonstrated high professional standards, and provided outstanding service to REALTORS® and the community.

? Good Neighbor Award
Recognizing outstanding community service, charitable involvement, and professional accomplishments, this award is exclusively for REALTOR® members who exemplify the spirit of giving back.
