Eric will highlight key projects, including plans for local lodging during the 2026 World Cup and how Fayette County is preparing to welcome visitors on a global stage.

You’ll also hear from Niki Vanderslice, CEO & President of the Fayette County Development Authority, who will provide an update on Fayette’s new strategic plan along with an economic update on recent and upcoming development projects across the county.

Rounding out the program, Claudia Cieslar, CEO of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia, will offer an economic forecast from the home building perspective, giving valuable insight into what’s ahead for our industry.
