It’s officially August, and you know what that means… it's dues renewal time!

This is just a friendly notice that your 2027 REALTOR® membership dues for FCBR, GAR, and NAR are available starting August 14th. There is no dues increase for 2027.

When dues roll out, you’ll have the option to pay in full or take advantage of our 4-month payment plan. The payment plan breaks your dues into four installments September, October, November, and December. If you’d like to use the payment plan, simply fill out the form attached and return it to the Board office by September 15th.
