The Circle of Achievement Application & Worksheet for qualification year 2025 are ready!

We encourage all qualifying REALTOR® members to start working on your Circle of Achievement application and worksheet now.

The deadline to submit your completed application and worksheet is Friday, January 23, 2026. Forms must be emailed or delivered to the Board office by that date – no exceptions.

Key things to remember

• You must be a primary FCBR member to participate in Circle of Achievement.
• Reflect all volume on the worksheet so it can be applied toward the Top 10 Awards.
• All sales production must be listed on the official worksheet provided.
• The Circle of Achievement application may be submitted:
• By email to FCBRawards@gmail.com, or
• In person at the Board office
  by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026 – no exceptions.
• The application fee is $50.00 and can be paid online.
• A late application may be submitted for consideration for up to 7 days after the original due date, with a late application fee of $200.00, which must be paid at the time of submission. (Late deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026.)
• If you want to be recognized for a Partnership, Team or Mega Team award in addition to your individual Circle of Achievement award, you must complete page 3 of the application.
• You only need to return:
• Page 1–2 (individual)
• And page 3 if you’re applying as a partnership or team
  plus the worksheet.
• You no longer need to have the worksheet notarized.
• A wet signature is no longer required from your Broker.

Additional reminders

FCBR recognizes four additional Circle of Achievement categories:

• Top 10 Individual Producers
• Top 10 Partnership (Team of 2)
• Top 10 Teams (Team of 3–9)
• Mega Team (Team of 10 or more)

To be considered, make sure to include your entire year of sales production on the Circle of Achievement application. No separate application is needed – just be sure to complete page 3 if you are a partnership or team.

The last page of the Application packet is a sample worksheet to help guide you. Remember, your name must be on the contract in order to claim any percentage of the transaction.

Please give your brokers enough time to review and sign your worksheet and sales volume recap, if applicable.
