a) Identify and recommend the ways and means to finance the Board. b) Prepare a budget of estimated incomes and expenses to be submitted to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors at least two months prior to the end of the current fiscal year. c) Ensure compliance with the annual approved budget. d) Receive all requests for expenditures, which must be channeled through this committee for inclusion in its report to the Executive Committee. e) Review and disseminate financial reports to Board of Directors. f) Conduct annual review of the Board’s assets and investments. g) Assist in the coordination and collection of all monies. h) Secure funding from Partners by contacting current Broker and Affiliate members. i) Meet quarterly. j) Plan annual Partner appreciation. k) Perform such other duties as directed by the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee or the President.
