2026 Annual Dues Renewal Information
It’s that time of year again—dues renewal season at the Fayette County Board of REALTORS®.
On August 14, all FCBR members will receive an email from the Board office with a direct link to renew your 2026 dues. Be on the lookout in your inbox and make sure your contact information is current to avoid missing any important updates.
We are pleased to offer three convenient payment options for REALTOR® members:
- BEST: Pay Early – No Added Fees
Pay your full dues between now and October 1 and avoid any additional fees.
- BETTER: Set Up a Payment Plan
Prefer to spread your payments out? You can opt into our four-month Payment Plan, which allows you to pay in September, October, November, and December.
-
A $25 administrative fee applies.
-
To enroll, print and submit the Payment Plan Form no later than September 16.
- GOOD: Pay Later with Flexibility
You may also pay between October 2 and December 31 with a $50 late fee. This option gives you extra time if needed.
