Fair housing means every person should have the "same opportunity" and that includes those with service and emotional support animals. This interactive course covers various discriminatory violations prohibited by the Fair Housing Act using current case studies. This class satisfies one of the Core Standards requirements under Section 3 - Consumer Outreach.
